If you enjoy having a a cocktail every now and then, leave your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you intend to spend on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you intend to throw away and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not at all. Realistic more like. You may well have a win following a boozy evening out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you always drink alcohol and bet. The two just do not mix.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive actions for drastic actions is a requirement. If you gamble to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you like to toss away your cash without a worry, then drink all the no charge alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated head squanders every little thing!

Allow me to take this one step further. do not drink alcohol and then head online to wager in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my condo, but seeing that I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can not drink and wager.

What’s the reason? Although I do not drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s clearly sufficient to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. When mixed, both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
